Comments
Also goes by botanical name Asparagus setaceus. Not technically a true fern, despite the name. Occasionally produces tiny bell-shaped white flowers instead of spores. Features fine, feathery foliage which remains evergreen in mild-winter climates, coupled with a drooping growth habit. Makes an excellent, unfussy houseplant with bright, indirect sunlight. Tends to yellow in full, warm sun and/or overly humid conditions.
NOTE: Flowers, fruit, and sap are poisonous to humans.
