A native of Japan, Korea, and Taiwan. Originally classified as Ligularia tussilaginea and sometimes called a Tractor Seat Plant. Evergreen, clump-forming perennial that with showy foliage reaching up to 18 inches in diameter and bright, daisy-like yellow flowers in the fall. Does well in containers, but requires consistent moisture to avoid wilting.
